I received a message that my UPI/Netbanking payment was rejected. What do I do now ?

We're sorry to hear that your bank statement was rejected by our partner bank. 

What happens now?

Your payment will be refunded to you within 2-3 working days. If you have still not received it, please let us know at support@winvesta.in stating the Transaction Id

If your bank statement has been rejected for any of the reasons below, we've collated a set of instructions for different banks to help you download a statement in the acceptable format here.  

  • Address missing in Bank statement: 
  • Bank statement given is less than one year

What do I do next?

Based on the rejection note, you can restart the payment from the Winvesta app and upload a new bank statement with the missing information informed in the bank's note. Please note, the decision on accepting the bank statement for a UPI/Netbanking payment rests with our partner bank.
