My name on the bank statement is different to that on my Winvesta Account?

No worries, we understand that there may be slight differences between your name on the bank account and that on the proof of address document provided at the time of onboarding (such as the use of initials instead of full name). Please continue to upload the bank statement, and right after please drop us an email at or contact us via the in-app live help chat and let us know that it is different. We will review the bank statement and our records and where necessary, we may reach out to you for more details.
