How do I get a year-long statement from my bank for UPI Payments?

We understand this may not be easy and each bank has its own nuances for providing a year-long bank statement. Given that our partners only support 26 banks currently, we have tried our level best to get detailed instructions for the banks below. We kindly request you to be patient with us as we continue to get more details for other banks.

SBI

Steps to download one-year bank statement - SBI

  1. Login to SBI net banking with your credentials.
  2. Select "Account Statement".
  3. Select the account number you want to generate the statement for.
  4. Select option for the statement period - "By Date"
  5. Enter the desired date.

Please note: The date range cannot exceed 12 months for each statement request.

Hint: If you want one year statement till 1-11-2021, you have to select Start date: 2-11-2020  End date: 1-11-2021.  Download in PDF format. Additional note: SBI may provide entries up to 299 transactions only in one statement, you may have to download a separate statement for the transactions till date.

HDFC

Below are the steps to download the HDFC Bank statement:

  1. Log into the net banking of your HDFC Bank account through this link: https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/
  2. Select “Enquire” 
  3. Select “Download Historical Statement” 
  4. Select the Account Number
  5. Select the time period for which you want to download the statement (12 months)
  6. Select the format as PDF

IndusInd

  1. Login to your Net Banking account
  2. Go to ‘Quick Services’ and select ‘Account Statement Request’
  3. Enter your Account Number
  4. Select the dates for which you want the statement
  5. Select the statement type

Yes Bank

  1. Log into your YES Bank Net banking account and click on the account number.
  2. You will get the option of generating an account statement.
  3. Specify the period for which you want the statement. You can take for a maximum period of three months at a time
  4. You can select either ascending order of dates or descending order.

AU Small Finance Bank Statement: 

  1. Log in to the AU Small Finance Bank Net Banking account using the User ID and Password.
  2. Choose ‘operative account statement’ and click on the go button to view the updated account statement.
  3. Select the transaction date range, the format for your account statement, and click on the ‘Statement’ button.
  4. You will get the option to download the account statement in PDF format. Save the download file for future reference.

Axis Bank

  1. Axisbank.com/Support: Click on Download Your Savings Account Statement  >> Enter Registered Mobile Number >> Enter OTP >> Select Account >> Select Duration >> Statement will be downloaded (You can also scroll up and click on ‘Download Statement Using Registered Mobile No.’ tab to use this option)
  2. SMS <ESTMT><space><Last 5 digits of account number><From Date><To Date> - Dates in DD-MM-YYYY format to 5676782 from your registered mobile number. For e.g. ESTMT 12345 01-04-2016 30-04-2016
  3. Axis Mobile App: Home > Click on Account > Select Account > Select View Statement / Email Statement
  4. Internet Banking: Login > Accounts > Select Account > View detailed statement > Select duration > Select Format > Click Get Statement > Statement will be downloaded

Bank Of India

  1. Login to your BOI online banking account by using your login ID and password.
  2. Upon logging in, for Bank of India statement download, click on ‘Accounts’ tab from the navigation bar then select ‘Account Statement’ and hit ‘Go’ button.
  3. In the next step, a BOI account statement form will open on your computer screen, just enter starting date from which you want to download Bank of India statement and then select end date as shown in screenshot above. Subsequently, click on the radio button next to Display On Same page and then click on Statement.
  4. Let other columns blank or as they’re. Just make sure to select Transaction Type Both-Credit and Debit.
  5. On the next page, you’ll be able to see your Bank of India account statement. Simply scroll down and click on ‘Save As PDF’ to save your BOI bank statement to your computer in PDF format.

Federal Bank

  1.  Login to Federal bank Net Banking
  2. Account statement can be viewed in ‘Accounts Info’ available in the ‘Accounts’ tab.
  3. The same can be downloaded in various formats using ‘More Actions’ available there itself.
  4. Accounts Info> Operative Accounts > My Operative Accounts > Select an Account> Statement of Accounts

HSBC Retail Netbanking

  1. Log on to HSBC's Internet Banking. 
  2. Set up a one-time request by clicking on the 'Request eStatements/e-Advice' option in the Main Menu.
  3. You will receive a secure mail informing you when your eStatement is ready.

IDBI Bank

  1. Log in to the  net banking account using the User ID and Password.
  2. Choose ‘operative account statement’ and click on the go button to view the updated account statement.
  3. Select the transaction date range, the format for your account statement and click on the ‘Statement’ button.
  4. You will get the option to download the account statement in PDF format. Save the download file for future reference.

IDFC Bank

  1. Login to IDFC First Bank Net banking by using your username and password.
  2. Find the ‘Account Statements’ option.
  3. Select the Account
  4. Choose the period.
  5. Download the e-statement
