I am not able to create conversions in the account
If you just opened the account, Payments & Currency Conversions are disabled to protect you from inadvertently creating payments/conversions without sufficient funds. It is enabled in the account once you receive funds in the account. If you have funds available in a currency and are still not able to create payments/conversions, our compliance may need additional information before we enable payments and conversions.
