I am not able to create conversions in the account

If you just opened the account, currency conversions are disabled to protect you from inadvertently creating conversions without sufficient funds. Conversions are enabled in the account once you receive funds in the account. If you have funds available in a currency and are still not able to create conversions, please contact us.

Base accounts have a limit of USD 5000 on creating conversions. If you need to convert a larger amount, please contact us to convert the funds for you.
