My payment is still in pending state. Why has it not been processed?

There are 3 reasons why your payment may still be in a pending state after a day of creating it.

  1. You do not have a sufficient USD balance: You need a USD balance to pay for the outward transaction fee. We recommend maintaining a minimum balance of USD 50 so your payments are not delayed, and the monthly membership fee can be paid off.
  2. It is a bank holiday: If it is a UK bank holiday or bank holiday in the recipient country, the payment processing may take longer.
  3. Our compliance needs further information: In rare cases, our compliance may need additional information before processing the transfer and will reach to get that.
