I am unable to login to my account. What should I do?

Before trying to log into your account, please note the following

  • When your account is activated, you will receive a welcome email with your customer ID and a link to set your password and secret question. The email would come from noreply@winvesta.in and would look like this:
    Please make sure you click on the link in step 1 to create your password. That would activate your account
  • Your login ID is the email you used to sign up (and not the customer ID). You need the customer ID only when communicating with us.
  • Please make sure there are no spaces when you fill the login field.
  • If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.
  • If you still continue facing difficulties, please contact us.
