How do I convert currencies?

To convert one currency to another, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have sufficient balance in the currency you want to convert.
2. Go to the Convert tab, and fill in the details of currency you want Sell and Buy. Please make sure you select Amount to Sell in the currency you are selling, or Amount to Buy in the currency you are buying.
3. Select the date for conversion - please make sure you select the first available date, and not a date in future. Booking forwards is not allowed and the transaction will fail.
4. Press Get a Quote to see the exchange rate. The rate will be valid for about 20 seconds, after which you can refresh it.
5. Press Convert to complete your conversion.
