What is an EMD Agent and how are they regulated?

An EMD Agent is an FCA authorized tied agent of its principal - an Electronic Money Institution (EMI). Winvesta is an EMD Agent of The Currency Cloud Limited (TCCL) - an FCA authorized EMI. 

An EMD Agent can act on behalf of its EMI to onboard end clients, open an e-money account and enable its customers to transact, make and receive payments in different currencies using such accounts
