Not receiving OTP?

We're so sorry that you couldn't get an OTP. In a country that sends hundreds of millions of OTP messages everyday, even a 0.1% chance of failure inconveniences thousands of customers. Here is what we recommend you do - 

  • Try again in 10 minutes - More often than not, simply requesting an OTP a little later often fixes the problem.
  • Check if you've entered the right number and that you have a good network.
If your problem still isn't solved, reach out to support@winvesta.in or the live chat button in the app.
Other causes for issues  - 
You have not activated DND (Do Not Disturb) with your network provider for the registered phone number.
