How do I receive USD?

If you are receiving a USD payment from the USA, you have two options:

Receive money locally via Winvesta:

Share the details of the Winvesta Account below with the sender and ask the sender to enter your Unique Reference Number (URN) in the message field when making the transaction. Your URN is shared with you in your welcome email. Send us an email at currencyaccounts@winvetsa.in from your registered email address notifying us of the amount and sender details. Once your payment is received by us, the monies will be available in your account within a few hours.

The sender can send the money to the Winvesta account via ACH (free) or FedWire (charges apply)

Receive money via SWIFT: 

Share your SWIFT account details with the sender. There is no limit on the amount you can receive. The time it will take for the money to reach you is dependent on the sending and intermediary banks. You will receive the full amount (minus the SWIFT receipt fee) if the person/company sending the SWIFT Transfer has chosen a SWIFT (OURS) transaction. You may receive a reduced amount if the sender has chosen SWIFT Shared (SHA) when initiating the SWIFT transfer from their bank, as intermediary banks may deduct fees.

The SWIFT account details are unique to you and can be found in the details section of your USD account.
